Kowloon

Of course, this sim is not new... far from this!

If my memory’s still functioning (I just turned 18 in Second Life last week), this sim opened way back in 2008... maybe even earlier. It's pretty hard to find information about it.

Entrance path

If ever someone asks me my favourites sl sims, this one would be in my top 5. 

Not for the basic build quality, which is absolutely not up to date. But the mood created inside is unique. 

But yes... like the real Kowloon walled city (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kowloon_Walled_City), that I never visited to be honest.. you get lost in those streets. 

A time where mesh didn't exist

Rediscovering old items feels like uncovering treasures from a time when freebies were everywhere, and people explored sims purely for the experience.

Aerial view.. No I do not have an helicopter.. i just level up my camera, if ever you asked.

And sometimes, the best doesn't come from what you see, but also from what you discover. Inside builds, details, lights.. everything could lead you to jaw-dropping.
